D.R. Horton, the nation’s leading homebuilder, is seeking a Sales Representative in Madison County. You will manage the sales process, help clients select and design their dream home, and ensure a smooth closing from initial contact to construction financing.

Excellent customer service and organization are essential in this role. Ideal candidates have a related degree or experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 2 years related experience.
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the sales process and provide exceptional customer service.
• Continuously source new customers and help them design their dream home.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
• Attend sales meetings and build rapport with customers and realtors.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to establish new customer relationships.
