Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree and real estate license preferred.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales from leads, using the 10-5-2-1 approach.
• Provide consistent follow-through through closing and post-closing activities with accurate records.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; notify maintenance needs.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtor/Co-Broker referrals and self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, products, communities, trends, and advertising.
• Monitor daily customer traffic with company tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments for smooth transactions and satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings and neighborhood promotions to drive growth.
