Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative in Marion County to manage the end-to-end sales process and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will source new prospects, assist buyers in selecting and designing their new home, and ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. The role requires an Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to utilize DRH Sales apps on various devices.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Experience using DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.
• Prior CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition and guide customers through the sales process.
• Source new customers and build a pipeline of prospects.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
• Develop relationships with realtors and manage client communications.
• Attend sales meetings and provide marketing input.
