Job summary

Lennar is seeking a New Home Consultant to guide homebuyers through the purchasing process from initial engagement to closing. You will apply proactive sales techniques, CRM, and market knowledge to ensure a seamless experience for buyers.

Responsibilities include engaging visitors, building relationships, generating and closing leads, maintaining model homes, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth. Regular in-person attendance at communities is required.

Qualifications

• In-person attendance at communities and job sites during regular work hours is required.
• Experience: 1–3 years in new home sales, real estate, or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage visitors, establish relationships, and determine home buying needs using Lennar’s selling philosophy.
• Generate, process, and close home sales through self-generated or referred leads.
• Provide timely follow-through from initial contact through closing and post-closing activities, maintaining records.
• Maintain Welcome Home Center, model homes, and inventory homes; communicate maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution.
• Travel locally to generate leads from Realtors/Co-Broker referrals and proactive self-prospecting.
• Develop knowledge of competitive market, product offerings, and sales trends.
