Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative (NE) in Bend, OR to guide customers through the home buying journey with outstanding service. You will source leads, help design homes, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to closing.

Ideal candidates have an Oregon Real Estate license, a related degree or experience, and proficiency with DRH Sales apps and MS Office. This full-time role requires driving and field work.

Qualifications

• Oregon Real Estate License required.
• Associate’s degree or 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to use DRH Sales apps on mobile, tablet, or laptop.
• Follow written or oral instructions using DRH Sales apps.
• Proficient in MS Office and email.
• Physical ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather; moderate noise level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate DR Horton value proposition and product vision to customers.
• Source new customers and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Assist customers in finding and designing their dream home.
• Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan and construction.
• Meet sales goals and collaborate with team members.
• Network with realtors and expand customer relationships.
• Attend sales meetings and follow company policies.
