Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation, preferably port/drayage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; TMS/Trinium experience a plus.
• Experience delivering training and coaching to operators.
• Strong communication and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Trinium system processes and workflows.
• Ensure accuracy in AR/AP rate setup and updates.
• Learn and manage manual and upload processes.
• Maintain accurate system data for customers, carriers, and consignees.
• Respond promptly to Ops Support tickets and emails.
• Provide coaching/training to operators on tools and processes.
• Maintain uniform drayage processes across the division.
• Opportunity to lead and develop operational support staff in future.
