Job summary

Micron Boise is seeking a Sr. Process Integration Engineer to advance DRAM technology in a fast-paced R&D environment. You will develop and integrate modules through new process flows and collaborate with Design, Process Development, Modeling, and Yield teams to optimize performance and cost.

The role requires an MS in EE or Physics with 5+ years in semiconductor field, plus expertise in device physics and process integration. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MS degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, plus 5 years semiconductor experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of device physics and memory technologies (DRAM, NAND, NOR, SRAM).
• Strong data analysis, DOE and statistical technique skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.
• PhD is preferred but not required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop novel process flows for critical modules with specs and design rules.
• Design experiments and analyze results to improve yield using DOE.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Process Development, Modeling and Manufacturing teams.
• Summarize problems, drive actions, and build consensus to meet milestones.
• Coordinate tech transfer from R&D to production with Manufacturing.
