Qualifications

• Knowledge of mainstream memory technologies (DRAM/NAND/NOR/SRAM).
• MS or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field. PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and develop novel process flows for critical modules with structural and electrical specs.
• Design experiments and analyze results using statistical software (DOE) to improve yield.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Process Development, Modeling, Yield, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Define sub-m milestones and track progress within overall program timelines.
• Assist in transferring new technology from R&D to production.
