Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to contribute to next‑generation DRAM technologies by coordinating module development with process, materials, device, and design teams. You will define requirements, resolve integration challenges, and support technology development programs.

You will apply DOE, statistics, and AI‑driven analytics to improve engineering productivity and decision making in a fast-paced R&D environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MS in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related field with graduation after 2027.
• Knowledge of DRAM process integration, device physics, and memory tech.
• Experience with DOE, statistics and interpreting complex data.
• Proven ability to resolve technical challenges in a multi-functional R&D environment.
• Experience using AI tools to support engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define tech landmarks, design rules, and specs for next‑gen DRAM.
• Collaborate with simulation, process, design, and quality teams to meet objectives.
• Lead module integration activities, assess risks, and communicate progress.
• Explore alternative architectures and scaling solutions for roadmaps.
• Use AI/data analytics to boost productivity and decision making.
