Job summary

Advanced Home Services in Idaho is seeking a Drains Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential drain systems. You will start the job with education on upfront pricing and customer approval, then complete the work from start to finish, keeping customers informed.

You will use cable machines and hydro-jetting, work with dispatch and other technicians, follow safety rules, and contribute to growth and community trust.

Responsibilities

• Document notes, photos, and parts used for each job.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and proper drain care.
• Work with dispatch, customer service, and other technicians to keep jobs on schedule.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and local plumbing codes.
