Job summary

Any Hour Services is seeking a Drains Service Technician to join our Ogden and Hyde Park teams. This full-time role involves drain cleaning, diagnosing issues, and communicating with customers.

You will travel to residential and commercial sites, handle estimates, and document work for a high-quality finish. You will work with our dispatch and service teams, maintain safety standards, and support company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of plumbing-related training preferred.
• Experience in drain cleaning or plumbing service desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning using cable machines, hydro-jetting, and industry tools.
• Diagnose and resolve blockages, backups, and slow drains.
• Provide upfront pricing and obtain customer approval.
• Document notes, photos, and parts used for each job.
• Educate customers on preventive drain care and maintenance.
