Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of experience with increasing responsibility.
• Three years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Valid Texas CDL-A preferred or ability to obtain within twelve months.
• Flagger and work zone safety certificates or ability to obtain within one year.
• Completed TYMCO Sweeper Maintenance Training or ability to obtain within twelve months.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises personnel including street sweeping crews; ensure safe, efficient work.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities between multiple drainage crews per priorities.
• Assign and distribute work through Cartegraph for tracking and communication.
• Oversee work orders across crews; ensure timely completion and documentation.
• Coordinate with Crew Leaders on assignments and workload distribution.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Provide direction during multi-crew operations and emergency responses.
• Ensure safe practices and proper PPE usage.
• Support training and mentoring to ensure consistent procedures.
• Coordinate with other City departments for joint operations.
• Assist in MS-4/SWPPP compliance and other regulatory standards.
