Job summary

City of Cibolo seeks a Drainage Foreman to provide field leadership and coordinate multiple drainage crews. You will supervise personnel, prioritize daily activities, and ensure safe, efficient completion in line with departmental standards.

You will oversee work orders, use Cartegraph for planning and tracking, and communicate progress to the Superintendent while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years' experience with increasing responsibility in a related role.
• Three years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Valid Texas CDL-Class A preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Traffic flagger and work zone safety certificates or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and coordinate daily activities across multiple drainage crews.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work using Cartegraph and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Conduct field inspections to guarantee quality and compliance with standards.
• Support emergency responses and large-scale project operations.
• Communicate updates and coordinate with leadership and Crew Leaders.
