Job summary

Action Air Plumbing & Septic is hiring a Drain Solutions Specialist to join our local team in Lubbock. This is a customer-facing sales role, not a plumbing position. You will meet homeowners, perform sewer camera inspections, explain options, and help customers decide the best repair or replacement.

You don't need plumbing experience—we train you. You must be great with people, motivated by results, and able to build trust, explain technical concepts clearly, and close safe sales for residential

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable discussing larger home investments with customers.
• Willingness to learn technical material and explain it clearly.
• Able to work independently and manage your day.

Responsibilities

• Perform sewer camera inspections and identify common drain and sewer problems.
• Talk with homeowners about their concerns and what they’re experiencing.
• Explain findings in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Develop and present repair and replacement options.
• Prepare estimates and help customers determine the best solution for their home.
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities.
• Coordinate approved projects with our plumbing and installation teams.
• Maintain notes, photos, videos, and documentation.
• Meet individual sales and conversion goals.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience from start to finish.
