You'll diagnose issues, recommend tailored products and maintenance plans, and educate clients on preventive care. The role requires strong communication, driving ability, and a customer-first approach in a hands-on, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or HVAC industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drain systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues related to drains and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
• Present and sell drain cleaning products, services, and maintenance packages to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
• Provide accurate estimates for services and products, and follow through with sales from initial inquiry to completion.
• Educate customers on preventive maintenance and care for their drainage systems.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and completed services.
• Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and solutions in drain cleaning and plumbing.
