Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions OKC is seeking a Drive Sales Consultant in Moore, OK to grow relationships with plumbing contractors and customers. You will diagnose drain issues, present solutions, and close deals while expanding the service area.

Role emphasizes strong communication, independence, and problem-solving with a schedule Monday–Friday, plus on-call rotation. Compensation includes uncapped earning potential with benefits; prior plumbing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, or relationship-building experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve drain/sewer issues through sales-led service.
• Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions.
• Prepare estimates and communicate service recommendations clearly.
• Build relationships with plumbing contractors and referral partners.
• Prospect for new business through networking, calls, and visits.
• Promote drain cleaning, camera inspections, hydro jetting, and related services.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, opportunities, and activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure safe, efficient job completion.
• Work toward meeting and exceeding sales, referral, and territory growth goals.
