TE Certified is seeking an experienced Drains & Install Manager in Georgia to lead the Plumbing Install, Drain, and Underground teams. You’ll drive growth, coach technicians, and build leaders while delivering exceptional customer experiences for homeowners.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with dispatch and service teams to maximize productivity. This role offers a competitive compensation package and leadership development opportunities.

We're seeking an experienced Drains & Install Manager to lead, grow, and develop our Plumbing Install, Drain, and Underground teams. What You'll Do

As the Drains & Install Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the department while ensuring your team delivers outstanding results for homeowners and the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Plumbing Install, Drain, Underground, and apprentice team members.
• Drive department performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Recruit, hire, coach, mentor, and develop technicians and future leaders.
• Partner with dispatch, call center, service teams, and leadership to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee lead management, scheduling, dispatching, and job follow-up processes.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
• Monitor technician performance and maintain accountability to company standards.
• Assist with pricing strategies and price book development.
• Manage truck inventory, tools, and resources for maximum efficiency.
• Create and execute growth plans for the Install, Drain, and Underground divisions.
• Track, analyze, and report departmental performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Assist and participate in other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

Target Earnings: $150,000+ Annually

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in residential plumbing, drains, sewer, underground, or related home services. Septic experience is a plus!
• Proven experience managing field technicians and driving team performance.
• Strong understanding of residential plumbing installations and drain services.
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent.
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, revenue goals, and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for developing people and building winning teams.
