Thompson & Thompson Service Group in Savannah, GA is seeking a Drain Advisor to join our Plumbing team. You will diagnose and fix drain and sewer issues, perform camera inspections, operate hydro-jetting, and provide outstanding customer service in homes and businesses.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of drain experience, a valid driver's license, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience as a Drain Technician or Drain Cleaner.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting and varying environments.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls and customer inquiries.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot drain and sewer system issues.
• Perform drain cleaning using professional equipment and techniques.
• Conduct camera inspections to identify blockages and other concerns.
• Operate hydro-jetting equipment to clean and restore drains.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services to customers.
• Maintain, repair, and restore drain and sewer systems.
• Inspect plumbing and drainage systems for safety and performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Accurately document work performed and communicate findings to customers and management.

What You'll Do
