Job summary

Lilly is seeking a Drafting Support and Coordinator on site to maintain, edit, and archive engineering drawings and to drive the drawing revision and approval process. The role requires coordinating with clients and project teams using Lilly's platforms and procedures.

You will manage project reporting, ensure up-to-date training on procedures, and adhere to site standards while working in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in drafting, CAD documentation, and revision control within regulated environments.
• Familiarity with drawing management systems and revision/approval workflows.
• Ability to lead drawing revisions and coordinate the approval process.
• Experience maintaining, editing, and archiving engineering drawings per site procedures.
• Ability to maintain current training on customer procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for dynamic schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication with site personnel and client representatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, edit, and archive drawings and documentation within the PR-01 drafting group per Lilly's guidelines.
• Coordinate drawing revisions and lead the approval process as required by the Client.
• Manage project reporting and coordination using Lilly's platforms and site systems.
• Maintain customer procedures training to a valid status.
• Follow Lilly's and Mentor's procedures to assure service quality and continuity.
• Drive drawing revisions in a dynamic environment with accountability for expeditious handling.
• Perform additional drafting and coordination duties per Project Roles and Responsibilities GFD-RS-122-C.
