Job summary

Doyle Security Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated security guard to monitor client sites, report irregularities, and protect people and property. You will conduct patrols, observe surveillance, and enforce site rules while communicating in English and Spanish.

Hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a pay rate up to $17/hour. A Florida Class D license and a high school diploma are required, with 5–7 years U.S. work history preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Florida Class D security license preferred/required as applicable.
• 5–7 years U.S. work history may be required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at a client site.
• Patrol premises, monitor surveillance, and control access points.
• Complete reports by recording observations and events.
• Enforce site regulations and directives as directed by supervisor.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Tuesday to Saturday from 0600 AM - 1400 PM

Up to USD $17.00/Hr.

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
• High School Diploma / GED required
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required
• Class D Florida Security Guard License
• Must be able to understand the English and Spanis language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form
