Job summary

Doyle Security Services, In. is seeking a security officer to observe and report at an assigned client site, perform patrols of premises, and enforce site regulations. The role requires standing for most of the shift and timely communication of incidents.

The schedule is Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with pay up to USD 17.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5–7 year U.S. work history may be required.
• Florida Class D Security Guard License.
• Must understand the English and Spanish language and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

Overview

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic tours to check for irregularities. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Work requires the ability to stand for the majority of workday.

Schedule

Wednesday - Sunday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Pay Range

Up to USD $17.00/Hr.
