Responsibilities

• Merge potential duplicates in the CRM system.
• Verify showroom visits for duplicates.
• Maintain log of showroom visits and who assisted customers.
• Update the Receptionist Floor Traffic Google Doc.
• Keep retail sales out from behind the receptionist area.
• Process outbound mail and ensure pickup.
• Organize showroom tables, chairs, and seating.
• Ensure TVs are turned on.
