SPIRE Hospitality seeks team members for the outlet team at DoubleTree Nashville Downtown. You will deliver exceptional guest service through food and beverage service, take orders, interact with guests, and ensure accurate order delivery in a lively downtown hotel setting.

No prior experience is required; hospitality experience is a plus, and opportunities for discounts and growth are available within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest relations etiquette.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to understand menus and communicate with guests.
• Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs.
• No prior experience required; hospitality experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely manner.
• Take and record orders accurately; input orders into POS system.
• Greet guests, explain specials and promotions, deliver orders with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock as needed; ensure health standards.
