DoubleTree by Hilton- Nashville Downtown is seeking team members for its Food & Beverage – Outlets team. You will deliver outstanding guest service, take and relay orders, and assist with daily dining room operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

No prior experience required; hospitality experience is a plus. CPR/First Aid training is preferred, and ability to communicate in English is essential. Regular attendance and flexible scheduling are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to understand menus and communicate with guests.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and input orders into the POS system, ensuring accuracy.
• Deliver orders to tables and assist with clearing and reset as needed.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and maintain health standards.
