Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Davis Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, check in and check out, and handle payments and inquiries at a busy downtown Davis hotel. You will coordinate with departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, assist with group bookings, and support guest requests with urgency and empathy throughout their stay.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six months in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in/out hotel guests courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments according to hotel requirements.
• Provide information to guests and handle inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Meet enrollment goals for Hilton Honors by signing up guests during check-in.
