Home2 Suites by Hilton West Sacramento is hiring a Guest Service Agent for the Front Office/Guest Services team. The role involves checking guests in and out, processing payments, and providing information to guests and visitors with a professional, friendly demeanor.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in hotels), flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts. Knowledge of hotel features and services is essential.

Pay Range: $16.90-$23.50

A minimum of one (6) months in customer service preferably in a hotel setting such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt or other hotel brand. Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and overnight shifts. Must have exceptional customer service skills.
