Job summary

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to lead service efforts, ensuring satisfaction for tenants and building owners.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in maintenance management systems. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $80,500.00 annually.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial building operations.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clear driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and manage repairs.
• Respond to tenant service work orders in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call and after-hours rotations.
