• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• Ability to work from a ladder and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work.
• Perform general repairs/adjustments to building systems and lighting.
