Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with general handyman repairs abilities.
• Clear driving record, basic computer applications knowledge, and ability to lift 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Police property/building grounds and remove debris daily.
• Maintain the pool area and equipment.
• Support maintenance schedules and complete assigned workorders.
• Respond to tenant requests and assist vendors.
