Qualifications

• Five years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair MEP systems.
• Licensing/certifications to operate a building.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on building equipment.
• Manage subcontractors with repairs and projects.
• Respond to tenant service requests.
