Job summary

Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a General Manager for the Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Downtown in Buffalo, NY. This role leads a branded hotel team, owns revenue and guest satisfaction, and drives operational excellence across rooms, F&B, and hospitality services.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of GM experience at a branded hotel.
• Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field.
• Experience with rooms and F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, safety programs, budgeting, and marketing plans.
• Hands-on leadership and direct work with staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hotel operational plans to meet revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead associates to achieve service and satisfaction goals.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, safety standards, and IT systems are maintained.
• Manage loss prevention, risk management, and incident reporting.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold company values in the community and within the team.
