Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as a General Manager of a hotel with Branded property experience.
• Extensive experience with rooms and F&B.
• Working knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans and budget forecasting.
• Expertise in standard hotel management systems.
• Hands-on leadership directly with associates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
• Lead associates to achieve service and satisfaction targets through guest experiences.
• Manage loss prevention, safety standards, and claims reporting.
• Participate as a leader in the community and maintain a positive property image.
