Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree, trade background, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or project coordination.
• Knowledge of SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Project, Excel, or scheduling tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed work plans and schedules for maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, engineering, procurement and vendors.
• Build daily/weekly/outage schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Track schedule compliance, backlog and delays; communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Update CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce downtime and increase wrench time.
