Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in regulated medical devices.
• Experience with IEC 60601 compliance and hardware development.
• Proficiency with lab equipment and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and verification of electromechanical subsystems for robotic devices.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Systems, Software/Firmware, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure robust performance.
• Lead IEC 60601 compliance activities including EMC, electrical safety, risk management, and essential performance.
• Lead root cause investigations on electrical and software related issues during prototype and production processes.
• Work with manufacturers to implement testing of capital equipment.
