Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Community Health Worker, Community Doula, or similar roles.
• Certification as a birth doula or commitment to complete training after onboarding.
• Reliability and responsiveness in communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach, check-ins, and assessments to meet patient needs.
• Coordinate care services and referrals to completion.
• Engage with patients using evidence-based practices.
