Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop.
• Manage the flow of service to ensure high levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members.
• Assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
