Pinkbox Doughnuts in Las Vegas is seeking a Doughnut Boss to ensure top quality and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 store environment. You will lead by example, manage staff, handle cash with integrity, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and coach employees across all roles to uphold Pinkbox brand standards and deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant experience.
• Must have Clark County Health Card.
• Legally able to work in state and federal guidelines.
• Ability to stay positive in busy conditions.
• Ability to multi-task and lead FOH and BOH.
• Schedule must accommodate 24/7 store hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality and customer service standards.
• Train and coach employees during each shift.
• Oversee cash handling, refunds, and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed.
• Manage labor and inventory using store tools.
• Perform opening/closing duties and assist as needed.
