Pinkbox Doughnuts in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a self-motivated Doughnut Boss to uphold product quality and deliver excellent customer service. You will lead by example, manage staff, cash handling, and safety protocols, and oversee training and operations to support store success.

The role calls for hands-on leadership across FOH and BOH, commuting to a fast-paced bakery environment with a focus on consistency and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years restaurant experience.
• Food handler's Card.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Ability to remain positive in busy conditions.
• Ability to multi-task and lead both FOH and BOH.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
• Interact with employees, customers and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor.
• Serve as a role model and lead by example.
• Gain knowledge of each store position and provide coaching.
• Manage cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts with authority.
• Ensure sanitation and safety policies are followed in food handling.
• Train staff during shifts to uphold brand standards.
• Use tools to manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks to successfully run the store.
