Job summary

Martin’s is seeking a Dough Preparation Employee to maintain high product quality by setting up and monitoring dough preparation equipment. You will read recipes, weigh dough, load ingredients, and ensure consistent dough quality on a night shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related baking/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret recipes; follow safety and GMP guidelines.
• Willingness to work flexible nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust dough-making equipment (mixer, sheeter, oven, proofer) to meet production demands.
• Weigh dough balls and ensure consistency with standards.
• Read recipes, load ingredients, and operate mixing equipment as required.
• Maintain sanitation and operate equipment safely in a high-volume bakery line.
• Assist with jams on line to reduce scrap and ensure product quality.
