You will set up mixers, sheeters, ovens, proofers, and related machinery while following recipes and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related baking/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, recipes, and procedures; maintain cleanliness.
• Experience operating bakery equipment and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and adjust dough production equipment.
• Weigh dough portions to spec; mix ingredients as per recipe.
• Load ingredients; monitor flour dusting for even coating.
• Operate or assist with stacking, de-panning, and seed sprinkling equipment.
• Maintain sanitation and report equipment issues to supervisor.
