Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Related baking or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitors, and adjusts machines including mixer, oven, proofer, and related equipment.
• Weigh dough balls and ensure consistency with standards.
• Read recipes, load ingredients, and operate mixing equipment.
• Monitor product flow, detect issues, and take corrective action.
• Maintain clean work area and follow GMP, safety, and quality rules.
