Job summary

Colonial Group in New York is seeking a Pounder to prepare dough for the makeline and wing unit. You will take dough from the walk-in cooler, pound and crust to exact sizes, and prep pan pizza, breadsticks, calzone, and fried dough. You will complete opening/closing duties and ensure sanitation per standards.

Must follow recipes, work quickly in a busy kitchen, and lift up to 50 pounds. 18+ with manager training may perform dough duties; employment is at-will.

• Stamina to pound dough repetitively for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and crust dough to exact sizes for orders.
• Make pan pizza, breadsticks, calzone, and fried dough.
• Maintain dough station cleanliness and opening/closing duties.
• Rotate unused dough and manage dough inventory as directed.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
