Job summary

Maker's Pride is seeking a Dough Mixer for 2nd shift in Terre Haute, IN. You will operate a mixing machine, weigh ingredients, and ensure product quality per customer specifications while keeping the area clean and organized.

Responsibilities include documenting ingredient usage, log numbers, and temperatures, and communicating any mix changes to the next shift. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Prefer high school graduate or G.E.D.
• Good eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.
• Ability to measure and read scales and thermometers; understands units of measurement.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing machine according to designated formula.
• Place raw ingredients into mixer and monitor product quality.
• Record ingredient usage and log numbers.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment per GMP.
• Check scales, meters and thermometers for accuracy.
• Communicate changes to next shift.
