Job summary

Our Home is seeking a Mixer to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). You will prepare dough per formulas, load ingredients, operate mixers, and help maintain a food-safe process. You will document batch information and support a clean, compliant production area.

Responsibilities include verifying ingredients, measuring, adjusting dough, and communicating delays or shortages. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred, with dependable attendance essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read formulas, batch sheets and instructions.
• Basic math skills for weighing, measuring and recording production information.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedule and batch sheets before starting a batch.
• Weigh, measure, and add ingredients in correct order.
• Operate dough mixers and related equipment safely.
• Monitor dough temperature, texture and hydration.
• Complete batch records and traceability documents accurately.
• Follow sanitation, allergen-control and GMP procedures.
