Pure's Food Specialties is seeking a Mixer Operator to prepare dough according to recipes and production standards. You will operate mixing equipment, maintain records, and keep the work area clean and safe.

You will follow all food-safety procedures, GMPs, allergen-control and HACCP guidelines while reading production instructions and ensuring timely batch completion. Shifts available; weekends/holidays may be required.
