Lindsey Management Co., Inc. – Doubletree in Rogers, AR is seeking a reliable Full Time Senior Maintenance Technician to support the community and maintenance directors by handling resident repair requests and preventative maintenance, with on-site living as a key benefit.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Past property maintenance experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs.
• Paint, repair drywall, fix lighting, and basic carpentry.
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
• Move furniture and equipment as needed.
• Help with grounds when needed.
• Advise, Lead, and Repair equipment and units per Lindsey Management standards.
• Must be available on-call as needed.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.

Full Time Regular Doubletree, Rogers, AR, US

We are seeking a reliable full-time Senior Maintenance Technician for our beautiful community,Doubletree !

In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day!

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
• Performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
• Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
• Conduct routine property inspections
• Move furniture and equipment as needed
• Helping with the grounds when needed
