Job summary

Doubletree Apartments in Rogers, AR seeks a Senior Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, present options, and turn tours into leases. You will support the Community Director and help drive occupancy for the community.

In this supervisory on-site role, you will lead leasing consultants, coordinate leases and renewals, and promote strong resident relations. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required and a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Past leasing experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones promptly and professionally, turning incoming calls into resident leads
• Present apartment units and community amenities to prospective residents
• Develop and maintain community relationships
• Prepare leases and lease renewals
• Process resident applications
• Ensure leasing consultants are working to accomplish goals set by the community director
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Leasing Consultant to join our beautiful community at DoubletreeApartments!

In your role as a Senior Leasing Consultant, you are the first step in building a sense of care and community for current and future residents. Working closely with the Community Director, you will work to promote our available apartments, and use your sales skills to turn apartment tours into leases. This is a supervisory position where you will help lead leasing consultants in the right direction to accomplish company goals.
