Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation in Garland, Texas is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility.

As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care while collaborating with families and physicians. Candidates with Texas RN/LVN licensure and BLS/CPR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas (or valid compact license)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• 1–2 years in SNF/LTC, rehab, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

Charge Nurse

Job Summary:

Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation, a leading healthcare provider in Garland, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality resident care, supervising CNAs, and coordinating daily clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in Texas
• BLS/CPR Certification
• 1-2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team
