Job summary

Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation in Garland, Texas, is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care to residents. You will supervise CNAs and coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure quality care.

Requirements include a Texas RN or LVN license and BLS/CPR certification, with 1–2 years in SNF/LTC or geriatric care preferred. Join us to support residents with dignity and safety in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

Current and active RN or LVN license in Texas.
BLS/CPR Certification.
1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a SNF/LTC setting.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies.
Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Supervise and support CNAs.
Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with state regulations.
Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
