Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation in Garland, Texas is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care to our residents in a skilled nursing facility.

As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care while collaborating with families and physicians. Candidates with Texas RN/LVN licensure and BLS/CPR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN license in Texas (or valid compact license)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• 1–2 years in SNF/LTC, rehab, or geriatric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in SNF/LTC
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policies
• Perform resident assessments and monitor condition changes
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate daily workflow
• Coordinate resident care duties and daily operations
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and providers
• Complete nursing documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote safety, dignity, and quality of life for residents
